For all your beauty advice…
We’re all looking for a miracle, when it comes to a beauty product, right? We want something that does what it claims to do…perform miracles. Some products do, some products don’t. But, what about the products that boldly put the word “Miracle” right in the name of the product? Do they really stand up to the name, or are they just hype? Read on, and I’ll tell you.
Miracle Mask by Nude Skin Care. Naturally derived AHA’s make up this mask. It claims it will gently exfoliate the skin and give you a porcelain perfect complexion over time. It also says it will stimulate circulation making your skin look bright, refreshing and glowing…One order of younger looking skin, coming up! The consistency of this mask is more like a gel than a traditional mask. Apply a thin layer of the mask and leave it on for 5 minutes. It may tingle right after you apply it. I didn’t feel a tingle, but that could be because I am used to using stronger products on my skin…years in this industry have “seasoned” me for this type of product. Remove the mask with warm water and follow-up with a moisturizer. Of course, Nude Skin Care recommends their moisturizer, but any moisturizer will do. So, is it truly a Miracle Mask? It definitely stimulates circulation, so your skin looks flushed and pretty when the mask is done. Your skin will feel smoother and look tighter, and refreshed. As far as giving me the porcelain complexion it claims? Not really…honestly, I have never met a product that can truly give you a flawless, porcelain complexion. You’re either born with it, or you’re not. I’ve only met a handful of people with truly flawless skin, and nice as they may be…I am insanely jealous!
Miracle Worker by Philosophy. Philosophy has a whole line of anti-aging products called the Miracle Worker. The best one, by far, is the Miracle Worker Retinoid Pads. Think of it as an at-home peel that you use at night. It comes with 60 pads, so it’s approximately a 2 month treatment. In this time, you should see an over-all improvement in your skin tone. It claims to diminish fine lines and wrinkles, and pores appear smaller. So, does it live up to the name? Abso-freaking-lutely!! This is one amazing product, and it truly earns the word “Miracle”! After just one week of using this product, my skin looked so good and felt so soft. A rep with this company told me to think of it as looking at a dusty shelf and blowing the dust off the shelf…that’s what this does for your skin. It gets rid of that top layer of dull skin and renews your skin and makes you look, and feel, fabulous!
Both of these miracle products are pricey, no doubt about that. But, even though the initial investment may hurt a bit, you will be happy you took the plunge. Miracles can happen!
Have you tried either one of these products? If so, what are your thoughts? I look forward to your response!
