For all your beauty advice…
If you’ve been swimming a lot to beat the heat, make sure you’re rinsing your hair in the shower before you jump in! Getting your hair wet, prior to swimming, will prevent too much chlorine from absorbing into your hair. You can also protect your hair one step further by applying a leave-in conditioner before you swim. Reapply the conditioner to your hair throughout your day in the sun for the ultimate protection.

That is a very useful tip. I have been swimming a lot lately and my hair is 2 to 3 tint lighter. I do like it for now, but I will use your tips in the future. Have a nice weekend.
